Our 3i methodology starts with an individual meeting with each participant, by creating a climate of confidence, getting their motivation to improve and develop those skills that will be trained afterwards.

In the school room, in a practical and dynamic way, participants will work out some tools that will definitively help them to deal with those challenges arising at work.

Subsequent individual mentoring sessions help to strength on-the-job participants’ learning. During the project life, mentored people will count on the assigned mentor support to tackle any hurdle and encourage them to mainstream new behaviours.

One of the key differentiators between Dealing with People and other training consultants is our willingness to roll up our sleeves and get the job done.
